Knowledge articles are not found in Service Portal

Hi,

We are using Servicenow Zurich Release (patch1). To implement some Virtual agent related usecase, I created some knowledge articles. When I search those from service portal, none of the knowledge articles are being found. In fact, not only the newly created but also the existing OOTB articles are also not found. Please help.

are you @Gargichatterjee an admin?

is it a portal or an employee centre? (/sp or /esc or another...)

 

Have you check can read user criteria? For that you can check the User Criteria Diagnostics.

YEs, I am logging in as an admin. It is service portal /sp. We are using a real instance and not an PDI. Probably need to create a case for servicenow.

It’s some previous post I saw. Try reindexing and it should work

 

Repair VA plugin and makes sure AI search is enable.
