1)validate each incident number ,category ,priority, and column in list view.

2) Ensure you are doing this task via impersonating Platform User,
Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes. (10 rows will be updated.)
result count should be 10 .
Check the video with incident number and validate it.
