Micro-Certification Simulator Task 3 – Comment Not Detected Bug

Hi Team,

I’m taking the “Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)” Micro-Certification and got stuck on **Assessment Simulator Task 3: Create and Comment on a Record**.

I followed all the steps correctly:
- Created the incident with the given description and short description
- Set impact, urgency, category, subcategory, assignment group
- Pasted the exact comment:
“The software group is investigating similar incidents and will respond when they have a resolution.”
- Used the “Additional Comments (Customer visible)” field
- Clicked Submit

But I keep getting the error message:
**“Did you add and post a comment?”**

Kindly help me reset this task or fix the simulator.

Hi,

for future references (there were some other people in this situation), I can see that in your screenshot you have the system admin (picture in the top-right corner) while it shall be under platform_user.

 

Perhaps this might be helpful when somebody finds it here...
