Need to remove GRCAssessmentUtilsBase duplicate script

Accidently I had clicked insert and stay which created a duplicate file but unable to do so. Can you please let me know who to reach out from ServiceNow to delete the duplicate script include?

If its PDI don't worry it will be no harm at all and in case if you feel any doubt do feel to release instance and avail a new one. Make sure you do take backup of work you have done till now so it won't be loss at all.

Hello @sibayanchak 

 

The action which is performed is it done over lower instance or PROD?
If lower instance, then you can check is it captured in any UpdateSet if yes get it removed and push to default once the clone happens from PROD to non-prod it will be no longer present.
If this has happened in prod consult with your lead and get a HI Support ticket created if you or your team are not able to delete the script by comparing which is created by you and which is OOTB.

This is in PDI, the only way to backout is to delete or disable it. Unfortunately, I am unable to do either of them.
