New ITIL users are seeing raw date‑time and sys_created timestamps concatenated

Hello,

Does anyone encountered this kind of issue for new user with ITIL role in ServiceNow?
The date is not in the correct format although the settings are correct.

on table list? workspace list? dashboard etc?

Did you check the user's date format is System?

No problem with other users. They have default date format which is System.
