Hello,
Does anyone encountered this kind of issue for new user with ITIL role in ServiceNow?
The date is not in the correct format although the settings are correct.

check these system properties
glide.sys.time_format
glide.sys.date_format
and see if there are any changes being made and if yes make the changes according to your desired format
also please share the screenshot (I want to know how they have included the different date in the middle)
