Now Assist & AI Search - Is it still necessary to set SC Forms to be VA Compatible?

Since setting up Virtual Agent we always planned to go through our forms and set them to Virtual Agent compatible, but never actually completed the task.
With this setup the VA would go through the form with the user and place the request for them.
Without it we have been directing the users to go to the ServiceCatalog to complete any requests, with VA focusing solely on raising Incidents for our staff members.
I was wondering if it was still necessary to set SC Forms to be VA Compatible now that we have NowAssist coming in. Or will Now assist be able to do this using it's GenerativeAI Intelligence?

Hi,
No, it's no longer strictly necessary to mark Service Catalog (SC) forms as "Virtual Agent compatible" with Now Assist in place, as its generative AI enables conversational catalog requests without relying on that classic VA setup
