order guide is not executing in sequential order

I have created Order guide for one of my catalog item Like below

Catalog item: New User Onboarding

Order Guide:

-------------------

New Mail Creation
Policy and agreement
Desktop and Laptop
Share Folder Access

Software Access

Sequence Process

----------------------------
Lane 1: New Mail Creation
Lane 2: Exec 1: Policy and agreement
Lane 2: Exec 2: Desktop and Laptop
Lane 2: Exec 3: Share Folder Access

Lane 2: Exec 4: Software Access

I have created process sequence like below, first it will execute Lane 1 and once the Lane 1 RITM complete it supposed to execute Lane 2, but in my case before the Lane 1 even getting completed it is triggering the RITM in Lane 2 (i.e: Policy and agreement)

Note: I have searched all available docs and support but still not figure out the solution can someone help me out with this

your issue description is clear, however without seeing the configurations nobody will be able to help you. It is just what you want to achieve but not seeing what was done to review 

could you possibly show the sequence and order guide that you have?
