Hi @Prasannakumarrr

Many community member now-a-days facing this issue.

Due to high demand following a new platform family release, PDI pools for the Australia version are currently experiencing errors or waitlisting. These days lots of similar issue reported.

I will suggest you to Wait  for PDI request to be provisioned if your request is  already waitlisted.  Do not cancel your request, as you will lose your spot.

Support is not available for PDI .

Note:You can try releasing your current request and requesting an earlier version (e.g., Zurich ), as they may have more availability . But Community members reported that there is also having waitlist issue.

Just Wait to get your Instance. meanwhile you can go through  Welcome to Servicenow Course and use lab instance.

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.

Hi  @Prasannakumarrr .

I waited for half a day, but it never recovered.

Therefore, I requested a new PDI. According to the banner header on the Developer Site, PDIs are currently unavailable, suggesting that even if you join the waiting list, it will take a long time before one is assigned.

Hi @Prasannakumarrr ,

This is a common issue right now, so you're definitely not the only one experiencing it.

Many new learners have reported that Personal Developer Instance (PDI) requests are taking longer than usual because of high demand. Depending on instance availability, it can take anywhere from several days to a few weeks before one is assigned.

If possible, try requesting an instance on an older ServiceNow release instead of the latest version, as those may become available sooner. However, even older releases can sometimes have a waiting queue.

While you're waiting, you don't have to pause your learning. You can start with the free ServiceNow learning content on Now Learning, watch beginner tutorials, and learn the platform basics such as navigation, tables, forms, lists, client scripts, business rules, Flow Designer, and GlideRecord. This will help you make good progress even before your PDI is available.

Hope you get your instance soon. Good luck with your ServiceNow journey!

Kind regards
