Platform Analytics Assignment Group displays nothing

Hi everyone,

We recently upgraded our instance to the Australia release, and we’re running into an issue with the Platform Analytics Assignment Group filter on the Service Desk Team Dashboard within Service Operations Workspace.

The Assignment Group filter is displaying no available options in the lookup list. Since this dashboard is read‑only, we cannot modify the filter or its underlying data source, and we would prefer not to create a duplicate dashboard if there’s a known fix.

Has anyone else experienced this after upgrading to Australia?
Is there a workaround, a patch, or a configuration update that resolves the empty Assignment Group filter?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @athavichith 

 

1.Clear dashboard cache.

Steps:

  • 1. Find the record by dashboard sysId or name in par_dashboard_cache table and delete that record.
  • 2. Perform "cache.do" in the instance.
  • 3. Log out and log back in to the instance.

3.  Repair Plugin Data Visualization [sn_par_vis_base] 

 

4. Clear instance cache using cache.do and check
