Platform Analytics migration question

I've migrated (in our DEV instance) the >3,000 reports and accompanying dashboards from Reports to Platform Analytics and noticed that none of the migrated reports have the "Border and Spacing" component available; if I create a new Data Visualization it is there and can be used.

Can this functionality be enabled for migrated reports or is this a known issue with no resolution other than manually recreating the reports?

My instance is on Yokohama and on the most recent Platform Analytics app version and I checked on migrated reports. It's there. Check if your PAE app version is up to date and if so, log a case with NowSupport. It should be there.
