Hello Everyone,
As you can see from the screenshot i am missing some properties for the Recommendation Framework to use in Incident Recommendation in the Service Operations Workspace.
I am not sure if im missing some plugin to be installed but so far i have followed the steps indicated in the documentation on ServiceNow website.
I have installed both
- SOW ITSM Management
- Predictive Intelligence for Incident plugin (com.snc.incident.ml)
- Predictive Intelligence for Major Incident Management plugin (com.snc.incident.mim.ml_solution)
- Predictive Intelligence for Incident Management plugin (com.snc.incident.ml_solution)
Im not sure if i am missing something.
