Where can i go to change the Recent Interaction, Recent Incidents link from the caller card?
according to SN it says it can show last 7 days, but i would like to change so it shows 30 days in any state.
is that possible? If so, where can i change?

@mcroxall You need to duplicate record information SNC variant and then you can update client state parameter recentQuery. Please see below.

Hi. Have you been you able to find out where and how to do this? I have seen several methods on how to achieve this, including making changes in UI Builder and updating System Properties, but none of the methods I tried did the trick.
