Request for Credly Badge Issue – CSA Certification Not Received

Hello Dear Team/Community,


I recently completed my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and I see it on my Now Learning profile. However, I have not received the Credly badge email, and the badge is not visible in my Credly dashboard.
I have verified that the email address on my Now Learning profile and my Credly account are exactly the same.
Could someone advise how I can request the badge be issued or re-synced?
