It's great this scenario has been brought to light. The desired outcome for (ServiceNow University) learners is that students goto to the My University account option, then My exams" But there may be some misunderstanding as the article KB0013209 ( Exams with Pearson VUE FAQs ) may give the impression that as students we can go to My Exams and see a full status (current/past). Bur as you read the article, it also seems you may have to go to Pearson Vue instead which is a grey area.
I have opened a ticket about same situation and scenario and for the first time in my experience with support tickets, the status has remained the same for 4 days and no reply. This may still be all too recent, and migrations may still be in process.
