SailPoint Identity Governance Connector

SailPoint for Service Desk

These are the 3 Plugins we have that create connections with SailPoint.
We have noticed that after they restart Tomcat on SailPoint it temporarily created many connections to ServiceNow that slows the server down for a bit. We have had all 3 plugins installed between the 2 Apps for a year but first started noticing it restarting. This might be related to more restarts and Development on SailPoint recently. We are also behind in versions and have to goto Xanadu very soon for On-premises instance.
Any suggestions about what to change on the Plugin level? OS RHEL level? or API?

Hi @jeffreyluto

One of the Probable cause could be

1.  If the sessionPoolSize is set high, the connector will attempt to open that exact number of new sessions simultaneously upon startup.
