Final topic in my CMDB automation series! I'm looking for guidance on Duplicates and ITOM Failures:
1. Duplicate Resolution: What automated options or De-duplication tasks can we enable to automatically reconcile duplicate CIs?
2. Discovery Alert Routing: For servers failing ITOM Discovery, how can we configure automated alerts routed straight to the Discovery Ops queue rather than flagging them as general CMDB compliance errors?
