ServiceNow University provides all on-demand classes for free. If you’re interested in building, Developer Portal is the place to go. There, you can obtain your Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

Additionally, the ServiceNowCommunity YouTube channel is worth checking out.

Yes there are many channels including mine, Hardit Singh, Amit Gujrathi, Ravi gaurav. 

You can search these name in YouTube and you find a lot of content.
