Setup Entra ID SSO with Custom URL not working on ServiceNow

Hello,

 

I've tried to to configure Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO with ServiceNow, but the setup does not function when using a custom URL. I've used this article Setup of Azure AD (Entra ID) with SSO on ServiceNow - Support and Troubleshooting.

 

Is anyone dealing with the same need as us, and how did you solve it?
