there is no easy way, less time or whatever fast forward option your looking for. Only suggestion is to take the CIS-DF, the CSA to start with, and build your foundation.

To get started effectively, I recommend:
Start with the official learning path on Now Learning to build a strong foundation.
Use a Personal Developer Instance from developer.servicenow.com for hands-on practice.
Focus on core applications like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog before moving to advanced topics.
