When employee center started we are giving pop opening of chatbot/virtual agent

But we want to stop the action which are directly starting like

@SD_Chandan When you open virtual agent, you see the greetings message.

 

Greetings message comes from greetings topic, you can go to custom greetings and setup in left nav and find the greeting topic selected there.

 

OOB, the greetings message is stored in sys_ui_message table, you can search your message there and change that if required.

Modify Greeting Topic

Navigate to Virtual Agent > Designer > Topics
Find your Greetings Topic (usually the default one)
Edit the topic to remove or modify the auto-trigger behavior
You can disable the greeting entirely or change the trigger conditions
