(Xanadu) All > Reports > View/Run not available in my new PD instance under sys admin account.

I am relatively new to ServiceNow, just finished the CSA course and preparing for the exam. As the subject states, I cannot find the Reports module in "All" menu, and this is a new PDI I'm running under the sys admin user.

Okay, it should be because it's replaced by Platfrom Analytics.

It just didn't make sense because the ebooks and the training course use the Reports module.

You have to be carefully which version instance are the ebook and training course . I think you followed Washington or Vancouver release.

Yes, it has been moved to Platform Analytics now under data visualization. if you still want to use report use sys_report.list
