Within our ServiceNow environment we're being asked to populate prices on the ESC environment for our (internal) customers, this to make them aware of the actual prices. Where we have customers in multiple countries across Europe, the usage of Euro's and Pounds is required on the portal.
Whilst building this with the OOTB configuration we found that the valuta symbol keeps on changing for the customers and seems to be controlled based upon the browser language setting. Meaning that without controlling that (which our workplace team does not want to control) we can't be sure if the system shows Pounds, Euro's or in some cases Dollars.
Does anyone have experienced this same behavior and if so what work-around did you used to get around this?
