I understand the Appointment Booking can be booked with HR department however I have a different usecase where I want to use this capability but wanted to make sure it is the right path before going a custom solution route.

Employee Onboarding in healthcare setting requires new employee to setup a phone appointment with a nurse from our communicable diseases department for an assessment. This is to ensure that the new employee who might be working in hospital setting or with patients have their immunizations up to date. This is done for the safety of new employees and patients. Nurses are not HR or IT and they should not have HR case or ITIL access.

Given the above use case would you recommend using the Appointment Booking on EC Pro OR should we consider a different route/solution?
