I started ServiceNow in 2011 with Berlin. This is my 8th Knowledge conference. I am SN admin and developer/implementation specialist. I have been working on ITSM, ITOM, Portal, REST API integrations, and now cloud management (our own).

Would like to know what is SN cloud mgmt is and how can we take the advantage of it instead of developing on our own.
