Good morning! My name is Danielle and I work for a company in Indianapolis, IN called TRIMEDX. I'm the Manager of our Enterprise applications. We have two instances of ServiceNow, one for our Commercial solution (work order system) and one that serves our Enterprise/back office users like HR, Finance, Legal. Since I manage the team that maintains our Enterprise solution I'm looking to build on what we have and better understand what we support. I've been working with the SN platform for 5 years and I'm considering my certification.
