HI I'm Juan Fourie, I a senior ServiceNow Developer for ITG.

 

I have around 4 years experience with SNOW, specifically with Scoped Applications and specialized business processes. 

 

I hope to have a working knowledge about CSM so that i can advice clients on how it fits their business needs as well as have the ability to work on the implementation of it.
