My name is Lars Bolk and I work for the ServiceNow partner company Sopra Steria (European professional services company ~40 000 employees).

My role is Solution Architect and I take the responsible for the technical design and implementation for our customers.

I've been working woth ServiceNow since 2011, and before that I did BMC Remedy for many, many years.

My next goal is to get certified within Customer Service Management - and add that to all my previous certifications.
