Hi everyone!

I'm Fredrik Palmqvist, working as a solution consultant at Materna Information & Communications in Sweden.

I've been working with ServiceNow since 2011, first as an end user for a customer, moved on to be an admin at the same company before starting as a consultant about 2 years ago.

My expectations about this class is to learn more about CSM so I can help our customers when I get back home.
