I'm Greg Cantrell at IT Manager and ServiceNow admin from AccentCare, a home health company in Dallas TX.  We first implemented ServiceNow for IT in 2016 then added asset management in 2017.  We are currently implementing CSM for our Shared Services group to process medical records and manage patient intake.
