Experience with ServiceNow: None to date save for demos held by the ServiceNow team from October through today

Motivation: Learn more about ServiceNow to complement my role which is to support the transition of our streamlined processes complemented by the deployment of ServiceNow

In addition to what I shared previously, I am coordinating the service design of the streamlined processes to be implemented in ServiceNow between the functional users with the ServiceNow implementation team (composed of our firm's technology team and ServiceNow's implementation team)

In addition, Maisie and I are responsible for the sitewide Metrics and KPIs reporting, performance dashboards, workforce management, among others.

For me specifically, I am the lead Service Designer for the HR processes that will transition to a digital Hire to Retire process flow

I am Roy Tang, coming from Arrow HR as Quality and Enablement Manager, I am pretty fresh to ServiceNow except for a couple days on case management training a couple weeks ago.

My main motivation to attend this training is to learn more about ServiceNow to get myself ready to become internal trainer and SME for the upcoming ServiceNow implementation.
