In addition to what I shared previously, I am coordinating the service design of the streamlined processes to be implemented in ServiceNow between the functional users with the ServiceNow implementation team (composed of our firm's technology team and ServiceNow's implementation team)
In addition, Maisie and I are responsible for the sitewide Metrics and KPIs reporting, performance dashboards, workforce management, among others.
For me specifically, I am the lead Service Designer for the HR processes that will transition to a digital Hire to Retire process flow
