- What is the Partner Leaderboard?
- The partner leaderboard celebrates the contributions and expertise of ServiceNow Partners who answer the most questions on the community.
- How are the rankings calculated?
- For each of the time frames, we are counting confirmed Correct Answers provided by employees of ServiceNow Partners. Partners that have provided more Correct Answers will be ranked higher. Rankings are shared between Partners who have provided the same number of Correct Answers within the time frame.
- Answers marked as Correct where the person who asked the question also provided the Correct Answer are not counted.
- The time & date of a Correct Answer is based on when it was marked as Correct.
- To prevent abuse, Question and Answer activity will be monitored by community moderators.
- What do the different time frames mean?
- Last Two Weeks - this is a rolling leaderboard that counts Correct Answers within the last 14 days.
- Current Month - this shows Correct Answers in the month to date, as well as the standings from the previous month ("Previous Period")
- Current Year - this shows Correct Answers in the year to date, as well as the standings from the previous year ("Previous Period")
- How often is the leaderboard updated?
- The leaderboard is refreshed daily.
- How do I become an official participating Partner?
- Please follow the instructions outlined here: Become a Partner
- I am an official Partner and my company has individuals on the Community who have provided Correct Answers. Why isn't my company showing up on the list?
- We only show contributions made by official partners. If you wish to become an official partner, please see Question #5 above.
- We only show the top 15 rankings on each list, so if your company falls outside of that in any given time period, it won't be listed.
- To identify whether any given community member is affiliated with a ServiceNow Partner, our analytics look for community members with email addresses that are associated with official partner companies. If your employees use an email address that is not associated with your company (e.g. gmail.com), they will not be counted in the leaderboard. If they decide to change their email address to one that is official, their subsequent contributions will be counted.
- As a partner, what email address should I use to be counted on the leaderboard?
- Use the email address that is associated with your company's ServiceNow partnership agreement.
- If you are not using your corporate email address on the community, and you don't want to create a brand new community account, you can change the email address on your existing account by sending a request to ssosupport@servicenow.com
- What happens if I change companies?
- If you change your email address to reflect the new company you work for, your subsequent contributions will be counted toward that new company (as long as they are an official participating partner).
