You can use the excel import capabilities, there are a few ways to import data into ServiceNow but here's a video specific to story import https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iug61GBsTLE

Hi @SNhydrone
The answer would be YES and NO.
Yes---> we can do it but need to understand business requirements.
Ways to do that :
1: fix scripts
2: transform maps(if we have data already in excel)
No----> It is not recommended to do until and unless based upon user requirements
Thanks and Regards

Interesting to say it isn't recommended when ServiceNow provides starter packs of stories for each module. Now of course you have to review those and only include those relevant to your specific use case, but I wouldn't say importing stories is not recommended
