How do I contact ServiceNow to attend the Administrator Training in Toronto

There is an Administrator Training course available in Toronto from March 24 - 26, 2015. I called CTC who are listed as the course organizers. I called them to register and was told to contact ServiceNow directly as only the facility has been booked for the training. Does anyone know how I should proceed.

Also I am self paying for this course as I do not have a company to pay for my tuition. Any suggestion how I can get some better rates on the course cost. I am new to ServiceNow and want to get a better understanding of the solution.

I am without a job now so studying on my own is the best option. I have similar expertise with CA Nimsoft Service Desk, BMC FootPrints and lately CA Cloud Service management. I am positive I will be able to do this

For the ServiceNow Administrator exam, In ServiceNow Demo, what should I concentrate on and navigate more to learn. I have gone thorough so many tabs but not sure which ones are relevant for the exam

I think the training will help you out on this. It is well structured and have enough material for the certification exam.
