以前ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demandコースを受講し、バウチャーを購入する資格を取得しました。
しかし、バウチャーを購入せずに購入期限を過ぎてしまいました。
バウチャーの購入資格を再取得するにはどのようにすればよろしいでしょうか?

after course completion you didn't claim the voucher?
Try raising a case with ServiceNow from learning portal (https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home )

What do you mean by deadline passed? means it is more than one year since you enrolled, and you are not able to complete the course. if yes then you need to retake training, but if you completed the training within time and you don't get an email for a voucher, you can log a now learning case.
