After complete of CSA Certification in ServiceNow what to do next ?

Hi Experts,

I have some question related to ServiceNow training and future scope

1.  I have completed CSA Certification in ServiceNow and also done Delta Version. After completion of those Certificate  what to do next ?
2. what are tool need to learn which help the ServiceNow career in future ?
3. Apart from ServiceNow which tool need to be learn or want have some idea on other tool. Name the tool ?

try to complete courses in  developer portal .

Get a PDI and then start doing the activities that are mentioned in the courses which will help yo to learn the navigation and basics concepts and the components of service now .Also it helps in learning scripting in service now

And try to complete 

New to service now 

Service now administrator 

Service now application developer .

By completing these three you will get to learn scripting in service now , navigation and basic to medium level concepts

Thanks for posting this question.

1) Congratulations on completing your CSA certification, You can now go on with Certified Application Developer training or Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM.

2) You can go deeper in the ServiceNow platform and then go to different application/modules within ServiceNow.

3) ServiceNow is a platform not just a tool.
