After how much i will obtain my voucher code

Today, I achieve the CSA course , I obtain a voucher and I claim it. But I don't  receive the voucher code.

I want to ask you how much , it takes time to obtain my voucher code?

You can create a case from now learning platform and wait for reply.

If you haven't received your voucher for the certification by mail after claiming the voucher, then the only solution is to create a case through NowLearning. Go to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home

Click on Help Center and afterwards click on create a case.

Hi @Nour el houda Actually the same thing happened with me, I paid the fees and then I received the payment successfully received email but voucher code was not generated. What should I do now? Could you please guide me on this?
