To check on your employees' education journey, you can use the Training Admin Dashboard. This tool allows you to report on employees' learning progress and assignments. For more details, refer to the Training Admin Dashboard 1.

Morning!  We are looking to market ServiceNow on-demand training to all employees outside of IT.  I understand they can sign up via "public" access however, how can I as the training admin report on completed training if they are not associated to our account? Can ServiceNow provide reporting by email address? Thanks for your assistance

@tracymhall Admins can only report on associated account emails. Due to confidentiality, non-associated accounts are not available for reports.
