Sorry about that @Dinah_Holt and @KevinMEldridge.  Video 4 is now posted.  I was expecting to have it out at the same time as the other 3 and forgot to hide it in the blog post when it wasn't done in time.

@LennaS, are you still seeing the "access denied" page on these?

@Travis Toulson Thank you so much for posting Video #4 in the series.  Just to let you know, I believe the link to video #3 might be broken on this page because I am getting an "Access Denied" error there, but I am still able to access that article here (just searched the title on ServiceNow Community): https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/how-do-i-navigate-the-servicenow-ui...
