Assistance Required for Claiming ServiceNow Fundamentals Course Voucher

I enrolled in the ServiceNow Fundamentals course using a $500 voucher and have successfully completed the course. However, when I try to access the certification exam, I am being asked to pay an additional $300.

Could you please look into this and assist me in resolving the issue?

Currently, all on-demand training at SN University is free of charge, but you need to pay for the exam. To claim the voucher, you'll need to pay \$300 plus taxes. At the moment, there are no ongoing campaigns, schemes, or discounts for the voucher, so the full payment is required.
