My experience is that the Fundamentals is not enough. I cleared the exam by doing stuff (of course) and by memorizing the layout\interface, options, buttons, related links of each module, etc. My exam had a lot of role questions and reporting questions, basic questions like base tables, extended and extending tables, parent\child tables.

Hi Rohith,

Make sure you have gone through the knowledge checks provided in the fundamental course. Try to give mock tests present on Udemy portal. You can complete flash cards present online related to CSA. If you will google, then you will get enough questions and material already.

All the best for your exam. Just practice the concepts well.

Hi Rohith,

Here are some links since you asked.

First of all you should read the CSA blueprint:

 https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow/other-documents/training/servicenow-sys-admin-exam-specs.pdf

You can see the breakdown of the exam in this doc.

As you can see, the exam is split up quite evently between each learning domain.

To practice and understand each domain I recommend:

Getting your own PDI (personal developer instance) from developer.servicenow.com

Thoroughly go through all the information for each of these domains in the CSA fundamentals and each time something new is introduced, go and find the same thing in the PDI.

After that it's good to practice questions.

Quizlets/Flashcards are pretty good for CSA. Note that they aren't always 100% accurate but are still a good asset. A lot of flashcards have questions that are actually on the exam. Here are some links:

https://quizlet.com/426864868/servicenow-csa-exam-flash-cards/

https://quizlet.com/29610345/servicenow-certified-system-administration-flash-cards/

You will also see Udemy website mentioned for CSA study resources. There are courses you can pay for that have practice tests. These courses are not provided from ServiceNow so be cautious with what you buy, if anything.

At the very least, go over quizlets and practice the learning domains in a PDI.

Here are some sample questions that ServiceNow provide for CSA (These can be in your exam)

Goodluck!
