Beyond CSA: 10 Secrets to Become a Top-Tier ServiceNow Admin
Wouldn’t it be crazy if everyone who was new to the ServiceNow ecosystem all rushed to obtain their CSA? … 👀 let’s be honest…how competitive in the job market are you? We need to raise the bar…let’s go beyond the CSA certification, beyond lists, forms, client scripts, and flow designer.
At a higher level, a ServiceNow Admin is the first line of defense for platform health, security, license management, user management, releases, governance, and more!
So, how can you learn about those topics to become a top-tier ServiceNow Admin? Do you have to wait until you come across those “lessons” on the job? Or is there a way to get prepared beforehand?
In this video, I reveal 10 topics, beyond the CSA certification, that you should know to really set yourself apart from others! With the current state of the ServiceNow job market…it’s highly recommended to pursue additional training to be best prepared. If you’re a future CSA, current CSA, or if you have admins on your team or in your organization that you want help progress to the next level, then consider watching and sharing this video!
The ServiceNow world today is much different than it was yesterday and it’s only fair for you to be aware of the additional skills needed to stay competitive and succeed. This benefits you, your employer, and the entire ecosystem. The bar has been raised!

@Edward Rosario - Thank you for the heads up! I'll take a look at the settings.
Edit: Fortunately, I just clicked play and it works for me. Maybe you caught it right when I first posted it as there was a slight hiccup that I had to correct due to the forums being a bit wonky, but should be working as intended now. Thanks!

Thanks @Simon Hendery and @Edward Rosario
I did have the "allow others to embed" to false for the setting, maybe that was causing the problem.
I've now checked the box, maybe that will allow it to work.
Thanks again for bringing this to my attention as I definitely want to make it as accessible as possible.
