I have tried to open the same and looks like it is broken for Xanadu, I was able to access it in Washington.

Look at the URL in the link it is unquestionably incorrect. I tried it in different browsers. Its not a cache issue. I'm not reporting this to ask what the content is either. Im reporting it so they can fix it.

If you want this to report to ServiceNow. You should include @David @Dan Bruhn. They may communicate this to appropriate person in the ServiceNow documentation Team.
