I have been told the content you are referring to is no longer being updated on Dev Portal.  For all Learning related content you should visit the Learning site and select Explore Catalog.

Hi Nikhil, that link works however it is not the link in question.

This is the link I am having issues with that is not loading:

It is the second page under "Source Control" in this training called "About This learning Module":
