I hope this message finds you well.

I have around 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical domain, and I've been utilizing ServiceNow for some time now. I am pleased to share that I have recently secured a new role as a Business Analyst in a different pharmaceutical company. In this position, I will be responsible for computer system validation, ensuring that the lab systems onboarded to ServiceNow comply with validation requirements.

I am familiar with various modules within ServiceNow and their respective processes, but I would like to enhance my knowledge further through ServiceNow learning. I currently have 600 credits available for use, and I would greatly appreciate any feedback on which courses would be most beneficial for excelling in my role, particularly in relation to part 11 compliance, ITSM, and other relevant areas.

Hi @aganveer

I am a ServiceNow Trainer and currently working in a BA/BPC role. To upskill or build your portfolio, if you have a basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform, I recommend starting with ITSM training. If you're unsure or new to the platform, it’s better to begin with the Admin course first. With 600 credits, you can likely pursue both courses. You can also refer to my channel and check out the CSA & ITSM Batch 14 Playlist, which is more focused on the functional side. I hope this helps you!

Hi @aganveer and congratulations on the new role!

If you are not familiar with it already, check out the Business Process Analyst Career Journey path:

It's a nicely structured approach to learning for a BA. There's a mix of paid and free content, and you can progress through the content in whatever way works for you, picking and choosing what you want/need to learn.
