I was taking the ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand course, and only had five courses left. When I tried accessing the Additional ServiceNow Fundamentals Content for System Administrators and Developers course, instead of the start button there was a button that said pre-requisites were required. So I clicked on it and it a pop-up said I needed to be enrolled in ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand. Which is where I was confused, since I am already enrolled in this pathway. Then it even showed that I was enrolled, showing my percentage of the course completed, and asking if I wanted to resume. After clicking to resume, I ended up back at the same area. I was not sure why this was happening so I went to see if I could take some of my other course in the learning path in the meantime, but the last ones I had left gave the same issue. I am honestly very confused about what is happening. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for help on this matter, I will try to make a case on now learning if that is going to work better for me.

Hi Rico
I am sorry you are experiencing this. I looked at your progress record and cannot see anything wrong with it so I suggest you submit a case on Now Learning so the development team can look into this.
Thank you!
Julie

@Julie7 I too have the same issue as Rico. It indicates that I am finished with the overview course and next time I clicked on the course, it made me start the overview all over again. Is there a resume button somewhere to continue the course. This is very confusing. Please help. Thank you.

Hi Emily - The best course of action is to submit a support case directly to the Now Learning team - that way someone on that team can assist you. To submit a case select Help Center from the main navigation and then on the right of the Help Center landing page select "Create a Case"
