Hi @izza ijaz ,

there are many ways to get started in ServiceNow, and many people there have a CSA. I would suggest that you look at the capability map and find out what you want to work with - alternative, ServiceNow has provided several career paths at NowLearning which could also be a good suggestion.

Hi @izza ijaz

Being a ServiceNow trainer, I’m happy to share my thoughts.

The next path depends on your interests. If you're more inclined towards coding, you can opt for the development path, like CAD training. But if you feel coding isn't your domain (like me), you can pick up the Business Analyst or Change Implementation path in Now Learning. However, I’d suggest starting with ITSM first. It’s a fundamental area, and then you can branch out to areas like RC, HRSD, or CSM.

Also, since you've completed CSA, you should start responding to community questions as well. I'm trying to spend time in the community, seeing what members are asking and what others are replying. This will give you real-time examples to learn from, not just forward-looking knowledge.
