My certificates are split under two different names my full name (Matthew Mahoney) my shortened name (Matt Mahoney). Any idea how I get these merged?

Is these from 2 different mail ids? I doubt it can be merged. Better log a case and check with SN only.

It is 2026, asking on this 2019 & 2023 post, the PartnerPortal URL is dead, anyone know the new way to check if someone's training certificate are real and up to date?  Thanks!
