CIS - DF Exam cancelled

I had my CIS - DF exam scheduled for today. When I reached the exam centre they were facing some technical issues. And asked me to wait. I waited for 1 hour but it doesn't get resolved. So I have to leave the exam centre without writing it. Also it was my last day. A case has been raised to Pearson. But I am not getting any response. How should I proceed further. Please suggest. As it was my last day I am not sure if I'll be able to write exam again at the same voucher.

There’s nothing to worry about—the exam was cancelled due to a technical issue, not your fault. You just need to wait for Pearson’s response. If you want, you can also log a case with ServiceNow Learning or try booking the exam again.
Please inform Pearson that your email ID will be changing (as it’s your last working day), so they can transfer your details or suggest an alternative.

"It was my last day" - does it mean last day of 90 days when you registered for the exam.
No Worry - From your side also , you raise a case with Now learning support and follow up.
Meanwhile Try to schedule/reschedule the exam . If any payment option comes, wait for
Case response else reschedule the exam.

Hi @swatis22,
When I appeared my exam at the centre same thing happened for me as well. After that Test Admin had raised a case with Pearson Vue. ServiceNow Team had provided me an attempt to appear for the exam after a week.
