Folks, I recently attended CIS Discovery certificate exam and failed. I remember I answered all the questions perfectly fine.I mean I counted all the questions while answering and I know I answered 35 out of 45 questions right.
Now I would like to know what is the assessment passing criteria.I read passing criteria is 75%. I would also like to know is there a way I can get scores validated again.I have a strong feeling that reason for fail status could be something other than my performance. One reason could be because my payment is not yet settled by merchant(paddle) even after 5 days of payment.
Any clarification would be appreciated.
Thanks

First, no one knows the exact passing percentage for the main line exam. If you’re guessing it’s 75%, that might be correct—or it might be wrong, as there is no official statement or document confirming the passing score. Once you clear the exam, you will either get a pass or fail—there’s no way to validate the exact score. I doubt there’s any other reason behind the exam result besides your answers; it’s not related to the fee. If you still have doubts, please log a Now Learning case with the team.

Hi @Mohana_Krishna ,
the parsing percentage is unknown, so nobody can answer you this. Regarding payment clarification, you can raise a case through ServiceNow university - I though highly doubt that this is the issue, but more that you failed too many.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
Anders
